Windows 11 24H2 RTM build off to rocky start with broken virtualization, 64-bit .NET support

Microsoft is preparing to release the next major Windows 11 feature update, version 24H2, later this year. Reports suggest the RTM is almost here and it's off to a rocky start with broken support.
