So by tomorrow at noon time we are calling for heat index values anywhere from 100 to 105 degrees. Currently outside across the delaware and lehigh valleys it is pretty warm. It is 88 in the city. Heat index of 93 when you factor in the humidity. Eightyone in the poconos. Seventyeight where we have relief down the shore in sea isle city. 85 degrees currently in dover. We will talk about the dew point. It is level of the moisture in the atmosphere. It is not just warmth but that building humidity. Anytime we have dew point temperatures at 70 or higher we have an oppressive air mass overhead and that is sticking around even as we get into the day on sunday. Breaking news, investigators tell action news they are questioning a person of interests in connection with a murder of recent drexel graduate student jasmine wright. Wright was found dead inside her apartment thursday afternoon in the 200 block of south 50th street in West Philadelphia a medical examiner ruled she was strangled there were no signs of forced entry so they believe she let the the killer in to her apartment. Reporter well, walter im on south york road right now. This is a busy thoroughfare through hatboro and really busy on a saturday but not today, this road has been blocked off all day. You can see fire crews behind me working at the the Hatboro Federal Savings Bank, a fire was called in around 11 30 this morning. The fire has been since put out, and now the investigation is underway to determine whether this was caused by natural gas, or electricity. The call came in just before 11 30, fire at the Hatboro Federal Savings Bank. Initial tack crews from 95 and tens went in the basement, they found heavy fire in the mechanical room. There was a mine are explosion. Reporter crews pulled back since they werent sure what caused the explosion. Because of the heat more than 30 companies responded to help rotate out fire fighters. Meanwhile businesses and residents along south york and byberry roads were evacuated. They have not determine what the causes. The fire went up at 10 00 oclock this morning on the 2900 block of west susquehanna avenue. It was brought under control in ten minutes but a 50 yearold woman was rush to temple. Two other victims were men who suffered minor burns and smoke inhalation. The causes under investigation but investigators say it appears to have been accidental. Investigators say at 11 30 two people were walking down the 2400 block of north seventh street when they came across a woman lying in the alley with a gunshot wound to the head. They also say that there was a gun on the ground, next to her. The the pair ran to get help and when they returned a man was standing there and the gun was missing. Man fled paramedics quickly arrived and the victim was taken to temple in critical condition. But officers say a woman who answered the door refused to let them in. They finally forced their way inside where they discovered a 41 yearold man on the bedroom floor with the gunshot wound. He was taken to Cooper University hospital in critical condition. Two women inside the house are now being questioned by investigators.
