They saw their friends shot up on the ground, they started balling. Reporter the shooter fired in multiple locations for 45 minutes, terrorizing residents in this rural area, about 100 miles from sacramento, all residents ordered to shelter in place. Reporter police say the shooter stole a pickup truck and went on that shooting spree throughout the community, pumping this truck full of bullets, wounding a mother and her child. The suspected shooter is deceased by Law Enforcement bullets. Police say the shooter stole a pickup truck and went on a shooting rampage. Neighbor brian flint says the shooter shot a roommate and threatened to shoot them in the past. We made it away.
