A Laredo police officer patrolling by the Sames Auto Arena and local bar area heard several gunshots close by. The officer drove to the area of Rocha’s Bar and Grill on 6501 Arena Blvd. Suite 101. Several customers in the patio area along with a security guard pointed at a white Dodge Ram traveling south on Sinatra Parkway. The officer initiated a felony stop on the vehicle at the intersection of Bob Bullock Loop and Sinatra Parkway. He requested backup after noticing several occupants in the vehicle. Police then detained three people.

The ceremonies will take place at Shirley Field, and as of Monday, April 5, graduating students and their families can mark the following dates on their calendar per their respective high school:   Dr. Leonides G. Cigarroa High School: Monday, May 31 at 9 a.m.
