FRISCO, Texas Team USA arrived in Frisco on Friday to a red carpet greeting and a group of fans waving flags and cheering.
They are starting to get ready for the 2021 IIHF Under-18 World Championship (to be held April 26 to May 6 at Comerica Center in Frisco and Children s Health StarCenter in Plano), and while their hope is to be on top of the 10-team tilt with the gold medal at the end, they have a lot in common with the host organization. Randle Rolls Again, Knicks Win Again

DALLAS Tom Thibodeau, the notoriously gruff first-year New York Knicks head coach, cracked a hint of a grin when asked about his demeanor following a 117-109 win Friday night over the Dallas Mavericks.
It was New York s fifth consecutive victory, marking the franchise s longest winning streak in seven years. The Knicks, who had a losing record and failed to make the playoffs in the previous seven seasons, are sixth in the Eastern Conference standings with a 30-27 record.

THE STORY: The Mavericks return home to face off against the New York Knicks. Dallas won the first game as none of the Knicks seemed to be able to hit a shot. The Mavericks are coming off an emotional and insane victory over the Memphis Grizzlies Wednesday night.
Julius Randle couldn’t buy a shot two weeks ago, but the Mavericks weren’t all that sharp themselves. As mentioned in the preview, it would be nice if any Dallas players at all could hit a three pointer, so if Dallas connects at even an average rate, they might be able to put the Knicks away.
