Turkovic met with the ​Ambassador of Ukraine regarding Icon January 26, 2021 3:45 PM by Y.Z Minister of Foreign Affairs of Bosnia and Herzegovina Bisera Turković received today the Ambassador of Ukraine to Bosnia and Herzegovina Vasily Kirilich, and the interlocutors agreed that it is important to shed light on the affair with the Orthodox Church relic which the BiH Presidency Chairman Milorad Dodik presented as a gift to the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation Sergei Lavrov during his visit to BiH on December 14 last year. The Ambassador emphasized that Ukraine never gave permission for the export of the relic from that country and that the item is of cultural importance for Ukraine.
