Jesse Brown VA Medical Center will participate in a community COVID-19 vaccine event on Sunday, May 9, from 9 a.m. until 3 p.m. The event will be at 4259 S. Berkeley Ave. in Chicago
Military veterans, their spouses, caregivers, and widows will be able to get the vaccine at this event without an appointment or pre-registration.
Jesse Brown has provided more than 40,000 doses of COVID-19 vaccines to veterans, VA and other federal employees, and veteran spouses and caregivers through the recently passed SAVE LIVES Act. Nearly 20,000 veterans have received at least one dose of the vaccine at Jesse Brown.
