Quincy Man Pleads Guilty to Child Porn Charges A Quincy man pleaded guilty to child pornography charges in Adams County Circuit Court Wednesday. 34 year old Mark Epley-Stajduhar pleaded guilty to two counts of child pornography. As part of a plea deal, a third count of child porn was dismissed. Epley-Stajduhar was arrested last July, as the result of an investigation by Quincy Police and the Illinois Attorney General’s Office into a cybertip regarding the distribution of child pornography through social media. Epley-Stajduher was also the subject of a child porn investigation in 2017. Epley-Stujduher is scheduled to be sentenced April 23rd.
