Bhandari s office said the decision was made on the recommendation of caretaker Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli, the leader of the ruling Communist Party of Nepal CPN-UML. This is the second time in six months that Nepal s Parliament has been dissolved. The Parliament was previously dissolved in December.
