May 7, 2021 A Maryland man pleaded guilty today to conspiracy to participate in a racketeering enterprise by murdering a suspected rival gang member and attempting to murder two other victims, in connection with his MS-13 gang activities. According to his plea agreement and other court documents, from March 2016, Moises Alexis Reyes-Canales, aka Sicopita, 23, of Annapolis, was a member and associate of MS-13, and participated in a racketeering conspiracy that included assaults, murder, attempted murder, robbery, and drug trafficking. Specifically, Reyes-Canales admitted that he participated in the murder of a suspected rival gang member and conspired and attempted to murder two victims in Annapolis.

Evans announced on April 30 that  DORIAN WILLIAMS, age 47, of Gretna, Louisiana, pled guilty  to possessing with intent to distribute five kilograms or more of cocaine and engaging in money laundering of profits from his drug trafficking.  Agents seized approximately 66 kilograms of cocaine and about $3.9 million in drug proceeds hidden inside his Gretna stash house and home. As part of his guilty plea,  WILLIAMS agreed to forfeit nearly $5 million in drug proceeds, real estate properties in New Orleans purchased with drug proceeds, and two cars.   WILLIAMS faces up to life imprisonment, a fine of $10,000,000, at least five years of supervised release following any term of imprisonment and a $200 special assessment fee.  United States District Judge Jane Triche Milazzo will sentence 

Aurora man sentenced to 10 5 years in federal prison for drug trafficking

Denver   The U.S. Attorney s Office for the District of Colorado announces that Eber Uriel Perez-Ramirez of Aurora, CO, was sentenced to 10.5 years in federal prison following his prior guilty plea to conspiracy to distribute and possess with intent to distribute controlled substances, in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 846. According to the plea agreement and court documents, the defendant acted as a lieutenant in a drug trafficking organization from October of 2019 until February 12, 2020, when he was arrested by agents working with the Federal Bureau of Investigation assigned to the Denver OCDETF Strike Force. The drug trafficking organization brought to Colorado large quantities of illegal drugs from Mexico, including methamphetamine, heroin, cocaine, and fentanyl. The organization employed a network of interstate load runners, local couriers, multi-pound drug customers, and lieutenants, including the defendant, to coordinate its activities.
