Governor Ned Lamont revised the COVID-19 distribution. He is not calling it phases any more but now it will be based on age according to Middletown Acting Director of Health Kevin Elak.
Connecticut modified the COVID-19 Vaccination eligibility. Beginning April 1, 2021 all adults in Connecticut over the age of 16 can now schedule a vaccination appointment.

Virtue, morality, religion – characteristics acclaimed by three of our founding fathers as necessary for the success of the nation they helped found. Could it be that the turmoil we currently see in our nation is a result of our turning away from those three elements of character? Could it be that our prayers for peace, tranquility, civility and consolation are not being heard by the God our founders believed had a guiding hand in the founding of this nation because we have turned away from virtue, morality and religion?
God deals with people as individuals and He deals with them corporately as nations. The Bible is filled with examples of His wrath against nations. Could it be He has loosed His wrath on America for its sins?
