Police recover AK-47 from suspected gunrunner terrorising Oyo/Ogun border Published Oyo State Police command, on Monday, said that it has recovered an AK-47 rifle from a suspected gunrunner who has been terrorising some residents of Oyo and Ogun states. The command, in a statement made available to DAILY POST Monday morning by its Public Relations Officer, Adewale Osifeso said that the suspect who ran away into a bush was spotted by the operatives attached to the command’s monitoring unit while on aggressive stop and search duty. He added that the suspect was spotted by the police operatives around 1630 hrs at Bakari, a border village between Oyo and Ogun states.
