Children as young as 12 can receive COVID-19 vaccines at two locations run by the Corpus Christi-Nueces County Public Health District starting Thursday.
The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention this week approved the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine for kids as young as 12.
A vaccination clinic at the Greenwood Senior Center, 4040 Greenwood Drive, will be open Thursday through Saturday this week.
The Greenwood Senior Center will be a walk-thru clinic and opens Thursday and Friday from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m. and on Saturday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
People can also receive the Pfizer vaccine at a La Palmera clinic, across from Grimaldi’s, during regular mall hours.
