Date Time Bringing Christmas cheer to those less fortunate As a responsible University, we pride ourselves on being a good neighbour and caring for those less fortunate than ourselves. Read on for how sending a card to an elderly person has proved a hit with our students, and other ways we’re supporting those who are in need or feeling lonely this Christmas. Just a card to say… Hundreds of students have sent Christmas cards to elderly residents of local care homes, as part of a new initiative for this year. We’re hoping, into next year, this will help nurture long-term links between our Colleges and particular care homes.
