Biden Administration To Propose Phasing Out Greenhouse Gases Used In Refrigerators

Name of Biden plan latest to cause controversy

Name of Biden plan latest to cause controversy Angela Bradbery © [(AP Photo/Carolyn Kaster] Vice President Kamala Harris speaks at Guilford Technical Community College in Jamestown, N.C., April 19 about the Biden administration s American Jobs Plan. It’s neither an infrastructure nor a jobs plan, they groused.  Controversy over legislative bill names is hardly new. Politicians have long used bill titles as a marketing vehicle, concocting sometimes misleading and outlandish monikers to get media attention, drum up support – who can be against leaving no child behind? – and frame the conversation around the bill before their opponents do.
