ATLANTA (January 11, 2021) – Braves Holdings has announced the promotion of DeRetta Rhodes to Executive Vice President, Chief People Capital Officer. Rhodes is in her third year with the Braves after arriving in January 2019.
In her short time with the organization, Rhodes has transformed the people capital department, expanded the culture of the organization with training programs and employee resource groups and created an internal diversity, equity and inclusion council. She also managed the organizational changes which became necessary due to the pandemic.
