According to court documents, on Friday evening Lewis and Clark County Deputies were notified of an alleged sexual assault involving Davis and a girl under the age of 12. The girl alleges Davis touched her while she was in bed and ran from the room once he noticed she was awake. Davis is currently on parole for attempted sexual assault that involved a girl under the age of 10 in Billings in 2013. He was convicted in Yellowstone County District Court and sentenced in 2015 to a 20 years in prison with 15 years suspended.
