HELENA â A Helena Judge has set bond at $50,000 for man accused of trying to kill a woman last October.
37-year-old Troy Allen Mullin appeared in Lewis and Clark County Justice Court on the charges of attempted deliberate homicide and three counts of partner family member assault.

In court documents, prosecutors accuse Mullin of stabbing the woman in the neck and inflicting a deep cut on the head which were life-threatening.

HELENA â Delain Valenzuela Davis, 27, appeared via video in Lewis and Clark County Justice Court on Monday for the felony charge of sexual assault.
According to court documents, on Friday evening Lewis and Clark County Deputies were notified of an alleged sexual assault involving Davis and a girl under the age of 12.
The girl alleges Davis touched her while she was in bed and ran from the room once he noticed she was awake.
Davis is currently on parole for attempted sexual assault that involved a girl under the age of 10 in Billings in 2013. He was convicted in Yellowstone County District Court and sentenced in 2015 to a 20 years in prison with 15 years suspended.

The year started off with the sentencing of Kyle Hamm and Journey Wienke. Both men were convicted in late 2019 in the killings of Helena Valley residents Charla Rae Taylor, 64, and David Muncie Taylor, 61. The killings were orchestrated by the couple s son Kaleb Taylor, and juries found that Hamm and Wienke were also responsible in the deaths of these individuals.
Hamm was sentenced to 80 years in prison and Wienke was sentenced to life. Kaleb Tayor was previously sentenced to two consecutive life sentences.

Eviction cases still being filed in Lewis & Clark County during moratorium
