MINSK, 16 April (BelTA) – Chairwoman of the Council of the Republic of the National Assembly of Belarus, member of the CIS Interparliamentary Assembly Council (CIS IPA Council) Natalya Kochanova has taken part in a session of the CIS IPA Council, BelTA learned from the press service of the upper chamber of the Belarusian parliament.
The agenda of the meeting featured 18 issues. When speaking about the decisions of the CIS Council of Heads of Government as of 6 November 2020 and the CIS Council of Heads of State as of 18 December 2020, Natalya Kochanova informed the attendees about Belarus approaches and plans for its chairmanship in the Commonwealth of Independent States in 2021.
