KP Assembly to meet on Monday - Newspaper

PESHAWAR: Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Governor Shah Farman has summoned the provincial assembly session from March 1 (Monday) at 2pm. Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz MPA-elect from Nowshera Ikhtiar Wali is likely to take oath on the first day of the session, according to a notification issued from the assembly secretariat. Usually, the governor summons the assembly session a few days before the Senate elections. The assembly passes a resolution for allowing the election commission to conduct the Senate election in the assembly building. The Senate elections are scheduled to be held on March 3. Also, the assembly secretary has issued the production orders of independent MPA Faisal Zaman who is charged with a murder case.
