+ May 12, 2021 THE Angeles City government has been cited for its human resource (HR) systems, practices, and competencies by the Civil Service Commission (CSC).
CSC has awarded the City a Bronze Award under the Program to Institutionalize Meritocracy and Excellence in Human Resource Management (Prime-HRM).
On behalf of Mayor Carmelo “Pogi” Lazatin, Jr., Executive Assistant IV Reina Manuel on May 10, received the award from CSC Pampanga Field Director Emily Reyes via a Zoom conference.

ANGELES CITY, May 12 (PIA) Civil Service Commission (CSC) conferred the Bronze Award under its Program to Institutionalize Meritocracy and Excellence in Human Resource Management (PRIME-HRM) to the city government of Angeles.
During the online awarding, Executive Assistant IV Reina Manuel, who received the award in behalf of the city government, said this is a recognition of the city s effort to further enhance the delivery of service to Angelenos. On behalf of the city government, I would like to thank CSC for extending their full support to the local government in its goal of providing a high standard of service to its constituents - one that they truly deserve, Manuel said.

 When Sienna Crossing Elementary principal Rachel Rosier emailed Sarah Sutar to wear a nice dress last Friday, Sutar believed it to just be in preparation for yearbook photos or a video recognizing teachers for various accomplishments during the year.
The real occasion, however, brought out an uncontrollable flood of emotions.
âAll of a sudden there were announcements, and they were preparing to say something, but it still didnât click to me. The Eastern Caribbean Securities Regulatory Commission (ECSRC) and the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (CISI) have confirmed a new programme of qualifications aimed to enhance and promote professionalism and professional standards in the Eastern Caribbean Securities Market which operates across eight Eastern Caribbean countries.
ECSRC is the regional regulatory body for the Eastern Caribbean Securities Market, which includes Anguilla, Antigua and Barbuda, Commonwealth of Dominica, Grenada, Montserrat, St Christopher (St Kitts) and Nevis, Saint Lucia, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines.
