ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – The Board of Investment (BOI) has said that second Special Economic Zones (SEZ) of China Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) begins with Planned Rs.53.6 billion investment in Faisalabad to attract the foreign and local investors with state of art world standard facilities.
After the launch of China Pakistan Economic Corridor’s (CPECs) first Rashakai SEZ, colonization of the CPEC, Allama Iqbal Industrial City (AIIC) Faisalabad begins with planned Rs.53.6 billion Investment, said a press release issued by BOI here on Sunday.

KARACHI: Unidentified gunmen attacked a vehicle carrying security forces, killing two personnel of the Pakistan Navy and injuring another in the coastal district of Gwadar in the restive Baluchistan province.
The Pakistan Navy vehicle came under indiscriminate firing on Saturday while travelling from Ganz to Jewni in Gwadar district.
As a result of the firing, two personnel of the Pakistan Navy were killed and another man was injured, an official said.

The second Special Economic Zone of China Pakistan Economic Corridor has been started in Faisalabad, with planned 53.6 billion rupees investment.
According to a press release issued by Board of Investment in Islamabad on Sunday, the economic zone will attract foreign and local investors with state of art world standard facilities.
In this regard, a meeting of Allama Iqbal Industrial City Faisalabad and the Special Economic Zones Committee was held in Islamabad which accorded approval to fifteen applicants and allotted 320 acres land.
