The commission approved a 2021 budget with no toll increases, but on Monday published a legal ad calling for a series of toll changes on the commission’s eight toll bridges spanning the Delaware River between New Jersey and Pennsylvania, including the Route 22 and Intestate 78 bridges in the Easton area. Most of the proposed changes would go into effect in April, with some slated for January 2024.
