Applying IT in practice and developing people-centered smart cities, the government of Thua Thien-Hue province has encouraged active feedback from its residents.
On the morning of July 12, 2020, a group of 120 people taking part in the procession of Ham Nghi King’s tablet from Thua Thien-Hue to Quang Tri province stopped at the O Loi Vermicelli Shop on Le Huan street in Hue to have breakfast.
But they were overcharged by the shop: they had to pay VND60,000 for a bowl of vermicelli instead of VND25,000-30,000.
