mscarborough@newsandsentinel.com Tim Craft, founder of High on Hope, gives a presentation for the goals of a group effort between High on Hope Ministries, Reach United and local churches called “Project Community Transformation.” A group effort between High on Hope Ministries, Reach United and local churches has formed to help the community. Their goal is to reach addicts of all forms, not just drug and alcohol users and connect them to Christ. “We are not a church, but are able to connect people to local churches,” said Tim Craft, founder of High on Hope. The collaborative movement has acquired a building located at 2501 Beverly St., Parkersburg where they host Bible studies and worships that focus on growing faith, overcoming trauma and other important lessons that can be taught through the Bible.
