Restore Hope Ministries said this is to help residents with past due rent and utilities, and future rent up to three months. Restore Hope Executive Director Jeff Jaynes said they ve already helped nearly 4,200 Tulsa County residents over the last year, totaling $4 million in aid. The fear that is in a tenant when they know they could be evicted, when they know they could be homeless. Their goal is to reach addicts of all forms, not just drug and alcohol users and connect them to Christ. “We are not a church, but are able to connect people to local churches,” said Tim Craft, founder of High on Hope. The collaborative movement has acquired a building located at 2501 Beverly St., Parkersburg where they host Bible studies and worships that focus on growing faith, overcoming trauma and other important lessons that can be taught through the Bible.

MIDDLEBURY — A couple of nondescript school buses will soon be rolling about 670 miles east to provide basic hygienic services for homeless women in Jersey City, N.J. Each of the old buses, bought from Illinois Central School Bus, are being outfitted with a couple of showers, a restroom, a washer and dryer as well as a small lounge where visitors can relax until their laundry is finished. “They’ll be able to leave the bus refreshed and proud of who they are,” said Bob Earley, director of sales and marketing for Diamond Trailers/Specialty Vehicles at 109 14th Ave. “It will have some semblance of the comforts of home.”
