The Mass Vaccination Clinic in Old Saybrook will offer weekday and weekend Clinics specifically for Connecticut’s kids (age 12-18). Parents can use the online link at www.VaccinateMyKid.com to schedule an appointment for their child(ren). All those who attend will receive an appointment for their child to receive their second dose.
The Vaccination Clinic is endorsed by Wildwood Pediatrics and Adolescent Medicine.

COCC Board Meets Wednesday
The Central Oregon Community College (COCC) board of directors will hold its monthly meeting by videoconference at 5:45 p.m. on Wednesday, May 12. The meeting will be accessible to the public via COCC’s Facebook page. The agenda includes a legislative update, a report on new hires and a look at initiatives that increase open education resources at the college. The meeting adjourns to an executive session on CEO performance evaluation.
This meeting also includes deliberations of the budget committee and any person may appear and discuss those proposed programs. Copies of the budget document are available by request to David Dona at ddona@cocc.edu.

More walk-in first and second doses available at Redmond mass vaccination clinic
REDMOND, Ore. (KTVZ) The Mass Vaccination Clinic at the Deschutes Fair & Expo Center will continue to offer walk-in COVID-19 vaccine appointments this week.
“It was great to see so many people come out last weekend for our first walk-in hours and we’re excited to offer more walk-in times this week,” said Molly Wells-Darling, incident commander. “Walk-in appointments are an easy and convenient way to get your vaccine.”

First-dose walk-in appointments are available on Wednesday from 9 a.m. to noon and on Friday from 1 to 4 p.m.
