DETROIT – Michigan Gov. Gretchen Whitmer held another COVID-19 briefing Tuesday (Dec. 15) to update the state’s handling of the virus.

ALLENDALE, Mich. (AP) â A young woman whose body was found outdoors at Grand Valley State University was a first-year student from the Detroit area.
The cause of Taylor DeRosa s death remains under investigation, though police say there s no immediate threat to the public. DeRosa s body was found Saturday near campus sports fields. She attended Royal Oak High School, according to a GoFundMe page.
Those we knew DeRosa say she was special. Not only was she beautiful and strong, but she was courageous, smart, passionate and thoughtful.
