Police set up perimeter around individual barricaded in Cape Coral home Published: April 8, 2021 11:24 PM EDT Updated: April 8, 2021 11:36 PM EDT Recommended Cape Coral Police Department responded to an individual threatening self-harm who has barricaded themselves in a home in Cape Coral Thursday night, and shots might have been fired. According to CCPD, police are in the 2700 block of SW 13th Ave, where police originally responded to reports of a domestic disturbance, which is now a scene with police responding to the individual barricaded inside the home. Police have set up a perimeter at the scene. It’s said shots might have been fired during the time of the reported domestic disturbance.
