Pakistan on Saturday summoned India’s deputy high commissioner in Islamabad over alleged firing along the Line of Control that killed two persons and injured three others.
Earlier, Pakistan accused India of violating the ceasefire along the LoC in Pakistan-occupied Kashmir in which two persons were killed and three others injured, Foreign Office (FO) spokesperson said in a statement.

For the terrorists being infiltrated into Jammu and Kashmir, Rajouri and the nearby areas are a clear target this winter. At a meeting organised by the Hizbul Mujahideen, in one of their training camps in Ghari Dupatta in Pakistan Occupied Kashmir, there s a clear plan to target the Rajouri area.
The meeting, in late December, was chaired by Maulana Taj Ali Shah, the organisation s deputy supreme commander, Maulana Naseeruddin, the training camp commander and other launch pad commanders.

MUMBAI: Mumbai-based Sufi scholar, head of the International Sufi Caravan and president of the All India Ilm-wa-Hunar foundation Mufit Manzoor Ziaee has given a call to mark February 5 as Anti-terrorism Day. Mufti Ziaee has made this appeal in response to Pakistan observing this day as Solidarity Day with Kashmir.

Srinagar, other parts of Kashmir receive fresh snowfall
Srinagar, Feb 3 (UNI) The summer capital, Srinagar and other parts of Kashmir valley received fresh snowfall on Wednesday even as the night temperature witnessed major improvement and settled above normal.
However, the maximum temperature settled several degrees below normal due to snowfall, coupled with icy cold winds in the valley, where light to moderate snow is predicted during the next 24 hours.
A Met department spokesperson told UNI a fresh Western Disturbance (WD), which originated from the Arabian Sea and approached the region through Afghanistan and Pakistan, is active in the region. “Under the influence of this WD, light to moderate snow would occur at most places in the valley during the next 24 hours,” he said, adding the weather is expected to improve from Friday onwards.
