David Gibson was at the Royal Sussex County Hospital in Eastern Road, Brighton. The 37-year-old used threatening, insulting or abusive behaviour towards two women working there. He also attacked PC Daniel Head and Alexander Theobald which included spitting. At Brighton Magistrates’ Court he admitted two counts of harassment and two counts of assaulting an emergency worker on February 12 this year. He also admitted being drunk and disorderly at Seaside Road, Eastbourne on February 23. Magistrate Ian Goodwin heard how Gibson had “targeted nurses at the Royal Sussex County Hospital”. But the magistrates decided that the probation service was able to work with Gibson to improve his behaviour.
Liam Richard Cover targeted the Holland and Barrett store in Crawley for Manuka Honey. He also stole cannabis oil from the shop in County Mall during two raids between March 13 and 15 this year. In total he stole more than £1,000 worth of goods from the retailer. At Brighton Magistrates’ Court the 39-year-old admitted the thefts, and assaulting Liam Stow. The offences put him in breach of a suspended sentence for two shop thefts. Cover also admitted stealing gin and Champagne from BP at Gatwick Airport in November last year. He raided the same garage again on December 7, stealing Delacourt Brut Champagne worth £27.50, and then stole six bottles of Prosecco worth £66 on Boxing Day.
Abdullah Rahman was seen by a woman at a bus stop in London Road Brighton. The 39-year-old Bangladeshi asylum seeker undid his trousers and exposed his genitals, a court heard. He asked a married woman if she wanted to go back to his home after he groped her. Then minutes later he squeezed another woman’s buttock in Trafalgar Street. Rahman was swiftly arrested and identified by both women. At Brighton Magistrates’ Court he admitted public nuisance by indecently exposing himself and two counts of sexual assault by touching. The brother of a Gqeberha man, accused of murdering his wife in front of their four-year-old, has become a topic of discussion for allegedly disrespecting people both inside and outside the New Brighton Magistrate’s Court.
Mbulelo Yako, 38, allegedly shot Siyasanga Ngutyana, 34, on March 28 at his sister’s house in KwaMagxaki in front of their four-year-old daughter. ..
