MATAWAN – Joseph P. Costa and David B. Nathan announced a merger of their respective practices to expand elder law services in Central Jersey.
The scope of their practice includes Medicaid planning and applications, wills and trusts, estate planning and administration, guardianships and veterans benefits.
With their primary office located in Matawan, the partners bring a fresh, unique approach to the field of elder law, which they believe is more important than ever as the population ages and the cost of care continues to rise.

Our job is to simplify the process by asking the right questions and providing straightforward advice without all the fluff or legal jargon.
