More than two-thirds of Indians above six years of age have developed antibodies against Covid-19, according to the latest national serological survey, a massive surge from nearly a quarter about six months ago.
The fourth such survey, conducted in the last two weeks of June and the first week of July across 70 districts in 21 states, revealed seropositivity or the presence of antibodies in the blood serum against SARS-CoV-2, which causes Covid-19, among 67.6% of the sampled population.
