(Bow Police Department) BOW, NH A Bow man faces felony charges after being accused of sexually assaulting a boy repeatedly during two and a half years beginning in August 2017. According to an affidavit, police in Bow met with a boy in September 2020 to interview him about possible sexual activity between himself and a man that began when the boy was 14. The boy was interviewed by a detective and claimed he first met the man online and the activity was on and off again, about six encounters, but ended in February 2020.

According to police, a detective, working with the New Hampshire Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force, received a cyber tip about content shared via Kik messenger that was flagged by the company on Sept. 8, 2020. The content in question was 20 files of images the detective determined to be child sexual abuse material, according to an affidavit. Investigators received the tip on Oct. 23, 2020.

2 in South Berwick charged with Medicaid fraud Portsmouth Herald CONCORD – Two residents of South Berwick, Maine, were arrested Thursday and charged with two felony counts of Medicaid fraud, and a count of theft by deception, according to NH Deputy Attorney General Jane E. Young. Tina M. Allen, 46, and Michael A. Maggiacomo, 50, are charged with two class B counts of Medicaid fraud and one class A count of theft by deception. Maggiacomo is the owner of Alerion Home Care and Wellness Solutions, a home health care company. The charges allege that he and Allen, an Alerion employee, submitted claims for payment to New Hampshire Medicaid for home nursing services that were not actually rendered because the patients were not residing at home.
