Jewish groups have called for the Nazi swastika to be banned in Queensland amid concerns anti-Semitism is rising in the community.
Shocking graffiti, including the Nazi slogan “blood and soil” and two swastikas, were spray-painted on a train carriage at the Clapham rail yard at Moorooka.
The original pro-Nazi graffiti on the carriage.
Queensland Rail was alerted to the vandalism on Monday afternoon, called police, and its maintenance team was on-site within an hour to paint over the graffiti.
