Police accuse Wernle of killing Boucher last Friday by striking him multiple times at a home on Helendale Road. Police said they found Boucher s body outside the home.
His blue 2020 Audi R8 was found unoccupied on a residential street in the Town of Irondequoit. Investigators say discovering the car led to an expansive search that led them to Wernle.

A judge signed off a search warrant which led to Wernle being located near the Rochester/Greece border Thursday night. He was arraigned in Irondequoit Town Court and later sent to the Monroe County Jail without bail.
Timothy Granison was in a Monroe County jail Thursday morning, awaiting arraignment on felony drugs and weapons possession charges, according to the Democrat & Chronicle.
