Union Home Minister Amit Shah today warned West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee of such a tsunami of defections from Trinamool Congress ahead of the state Assembly polls that by the end of it she would left all alone. To make his point, the senior BJP leader today got to parade 13 new faces who had joined his party, the most important of them being former West Bengal cabinet minister Suvendu Adhikari.
Others who joined the BJP today in Mr Shah s presence were: East Burdwan MP Sunil Mondal from Trinamool and former Trinamool MP Dasarath Tirkey, along with MLAs Tapasi Mondal, Ashoke Dinda, Sudip Mukherjee, Saikat Panja, Shilbhadra Dutta, Dipali Biswas, Sukra Munda, Shyamapda Mukherjee, Biswajit Kundu, and Banasri Maity.

Kolkata, Dec 19 (IANS): Union Home Minister Amit Shah on Saturday attacked the Mamata Banerjee-led Trinamool Congress government in West Bengal and said that by the time the election comes, the Chief Minister would be left all alone in her party. By the time elections come, you will be left all alone.Why are so many people leaving Trinamool Congress now? Because of the misrule, corruption and nepotism of Mamata Banerjee, Shah said at his mega rally.
The minister said that this is just the beginning in Bengal. You gave three decades to Congress, three decades to Communists and 10 years to Mamata Didi . Give just 5 years to the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), we will transform Bengal into Sonar Bangla , he said.
