The Middlesex District Attorney s Office is investigating the death of a 16-year-old girl from Hopkinton, Massachusetts.

In a statement issued Sunday, Middlesex District Attorney Marian Ryan called Mikayla s death a tragedy and an unimaginable loss for her family and the entire community.

The 56-year-old woman who was struck by a car in Acton on April 26 has died, authorities said on Friday.
Denise Stracqualursi, of Tewskbury, was struck by a car in a parking lot of Roche Bros grocery store in Acton on Monday and later succumbed to her injuries Thursday.
On Monday at about 1 p.m. Police and fire officials in Acton were dispatched to Massachusetts Avenue for a report of a pedestrian being struck by a vehicle in a parking lot.
MARLBORO A city man has died from injuries he suffered in a tree cutting accident last weekend, authorities said.
John Cahill, 55, died on Wednesday after he was taken off of life support, Middlesex District Attorney’s Office spokesperson Marcella Dwork said Thursday.
On Saturday, a tree that Cahill was cutting down at his 157 Sudbury St. property fell on him, authorities said.
A family member called 911 and Cahill was taken to UMass Memorial Medical Center in Worcester by a medical rescue helicopter with serious head injuries, authorities said.
The Marlboro Police and Fire departments, as well as the district attorney’s office investigated the death. It is not considered suspicious.

A Massachusetts woman has died weeks after she was allegedly set on fire by her husband.
Celeste Marte-Lebron, a 49-year-old Lowell woman, died on April 20 from the injuries she suffered in the fire on March 31, WCVB reported, citing the Middlesex District Attorney’s Office. The victim’s death was confirmed Wednesday.
On the night of the fire, a person was driving on Varnum Avenue when they saw flames inside a home and called 911, according to the news outlet. Officers who responded to the scene found Marte-Lebron with burn wounds, and she was taken to a Boston hospital.
