Andy Kim (D-NJ) lamented during a town hall Wednesday that the Senate filibuster is “detrimental” to the left’s agenda, including the For the People Act, which would radically transform America’s electoral system, according to tracking audio exclusively obtained by Breitbart News. Kim, a two-term swing district Democrat, held a Wednesday telephone town hall with constituents. During the town hall, Kim complained that the Senate needs to “sort out” issues surrounding the legislative filibuster. He complained that a “minority” of the Senate could “have and wield this kind of control over the agenda of the body [Senate], that’s something that is going to hold up a lot of progress.”
