One resident, who only wanted to be named as Grace, has been unable to get home due to the police cordon. The 31-year-old said: It s really disturbing. It s affecting a whole lot of people. I live there and need to go back to class but i cant go in now. I feel he needs counselling and then they should find him a flat downstairs, he shouldn t stay upstairs. It s heartbreaking he feels there s no other way. I wish he could get the help he is looking for.

A witness appeal has been launched after an Asda van was involved in an alleged hit-and-run which left a schoolboy seriously injured.
A MAN was taken to hospital after a van crashed into a tree in Kidderminster. The smash happened at the junction of The Croft and Sutton Park Road just before 6pm yesterday (Monday, May 3). One ambulance was sent out to the scene of the crash and one man found outside the van on its arrival. He was treated for injuries before being taken to Worcester Royal Hospital. Police attended the incident and closed the road. A spokesperson for West Midlands Ambulance Service said: We were called to reports of a van that had crashed into a tree at the junction of The Croft and Sutton Park Road at 5.46pm yesterday, one ambulance attended the scene.
