Subscriber only A man freed from a vehicle that crashed through a number of fences and into an embankment near Nebo will be flown to hospital. Emergency services were called to the single-vehicle crash on the Suttor Developmental Rd near the Peak Downs Highway about 7.55am. Queensland Ambulance paramedics on scene reported the man was the sole occupant of the vehicle that crashed through three fences before it came to a stop about 200m from the roadway. Three Queensland Fire and Rescue crews and Nebo SES units responded to the incident. Firefighters freed the man from the vehicle and paramedics assessed him at the scene.

UPDATE: Police have confirmed a 47-year-old Toowoomba man died at the scene of a single-vehicle crash between Capella and Tieri.
The motorbike rider was driving along Crinum Road towards Tieri when he crashed about 9.30am
Despite emergency efforts, the man died on the scene.
A chopper was tasked but was not required to transport the injured man.
The Forensic Crash Unit is investigating.

Initial reports suggest emergency service crews have been performing CPR on the rider who is believed to have suffered critical injuries in the crash at Crinum Road near Belcong Creek, 2km east of Windah Road.
