February 18 LUKE POUND, 22, of Gainsborough Avenue, West Berkshire, admitted drug-driving in Turnpike Road, West Berkshire, on September 11, 2020. Found to have cannabis in his system. Also admitted using a vehicle without the correct insurance and with no valid licence on September 11, 2020, in the same road. Fined £100. Also ordered to pay £34 victim surcharge ad £85 court costs. Disqualified from driving for 14 months.  February 19:  PIOTR BALCHUT, 31, of Watlington Street, Reading, admitted two charges of assault by beating in Reading on May 15, 2020, and on October 7, 2020. Sentenced to 24 weeks in prison suspended for 24 months. Must also undertake 150 hours of unpaid work. Ordered to pay £128 victim surcharge and £85 court costs.

February 17: ROBERT HOLMES, 67, of Horne Road, West Berkshire, admitted committing an act of outraging public decency by performing a sexual act on himself in his front window in West Berkshire on July 8, 2020. Fined £120. Also ordered to pay £34 victim surcharge and £85 court costs. ERNEST OBIHARA, 22, of Beverley Road, Reading, admitted possession of class A drug MDMA in Reading on August 24, 2018. Given a conditional discharge for 12 months. Also ordered to pay £20 victim surcharge and £85 court costs. RYAN MURPHY, 19, of Newbury Road, West Berkshire, admitted possession of class B drug cannabis in Thatcham on September 2, 2020, and admitted using a vehicle without the correct insurance and without a valid test certificate in Thatcham on September 2, 2020. Fined £415. Also ordered to pay £41 victim surcharge and six points added to driving licence.

Alcohol thief among latest Bracknell residents in court

January 29: MANISHA GURUNG, 29, of Durham Road, Sandhurst, admitted failing to provide a breath test having been requested to by police in Sandhurst on December 28, 2020. Fined £400. Also ordered to pay a £40 victim surcharge and £85 in costs. Banned from driving for 16 months. PHILLIPA MORRIS, 50, of Kings Road, Ascot, admitted drink-driving in Bolton Avenue, Windsor, on July 29, 2020. Found to have 86 mcg of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, exceeding the limit of 35mcg. Fined 3800. Also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £80 and court costs of £85. Disqualified from driving for 20 months.  February 2: JORDAN DICKINSON, 21, of Durham Close, Wokingham, admitted drug-driving in Beech Lane, Earley, on July 16, 2020. Found to have cocaine in his system. Fined £350. Also told to pay a victim surcharge of £35, and court costs of £85. He was banned from driving for 12 months.
