Prakash Mathew grew up in India where he was a student at an agricultural institute. A minister from Fargo, while visiting with Prakash s family, suggested that Prakash should come to Fargo for his educational possibilities. With encouragement and assistance, he ultimately did just that.
As he began his education at North Dakota State University, he realized his natural strengths and interests were not related to agriculture but to interpersonal relationships. He is a people person and with that change he has flourished in his educational experiences and has grown with his capabilities ever since.

The COVID-19 pandemic has focused new attention on a 2019 study that predicts the conventional U.S. beef industry will collapse by 2030, with severe impacts on much of the rest of agriculture.
Superintendent Beth Slette announced Monday afternoon that Vincent Williams has accepted the position as secondary assistant superintendent.
Williams began his career in education as a high school social studies teacher at Fargo North High School in 2004. In 2014–2015, he served as the assistant principal intern at Kennedy Elementary School in Fargo, followed by a year as the assistant principal intern at Fargo’s Lincoln Elementary School. In 2016, he accepted the position as the assistant principal and English learner coordinator at Woodrow Wilson High School. He was the principal at Fargo’s Discovery Middle School from 2017 – 2020 before being named principal at Sheyenne High School in 2020.
