ALLENDALE, MI Grand Valley State University has launched an initiative aimed at broadening its student population while responding to the region’s industry needs for a diverse workforce through agreements with Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs).
GVSU recently finalized an agreement with Fort Valley State University (FVSU), an HBCU in Georgia, that creates a pathway for its students to earn their bachelor’s degree from the university combined with a master’s degree in engineering or computer science at GVSU.
