Appleton couple open garden to public for a good cause

A couple from Appleton are opening their garden to the public to raise money for charity. Linda and Mark Enderby are showcasing their garden, which they have worked on for 19 years, as part of the National Garden Scheme. The scheme raises money for various nursing charities such as Macmillan Cancer Support, Hospice UK, and the Queen’s Nursing Institute. Funds are raised by admission fees which will be £4 for adults and free for children. The aim of opening a private garden to the public is to showcase your achievements, but also to give visitors ideas of what they can do with their own gardens.
