The Joint Forum on Actuarial Regulation said on Tuesday that global warming is the defining risk of our time. The forum is made up of the Financial Reporting Council, the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries, the Financial Conduct Authority, The Pensions Regulator and the Prudential Regulation Authority.
