Greensburg s singing florist Gary Pratt has new album, record label

It reminds him of his late brother, Dennis Pratt. “I thought of the little things, the good things that we should remember,” he said. “When it snows, I think of him. In the winter, I’d come to the shop and he’d have the sidewalk cleaned off. “He was my little brother, but he was a big guy. When I would go out to sing, he was like my bodyguard,” he said. Pratt is a longtime regular on area stages, followed from gig to gig by a group of fans known as the Kick It Up Dancers. He also has performed in Nashville and at the CMA Fest, the Tennessee State Fair and Rocky Gap Music Festival. He has opened for country stars like Pam Tillis, Lorrie Morgan, Crystal Gayle, Ronnie Milsap and Dwight Yoakam.
