Hudson Reporter Hudson County launches mobile vaccination unit × Hudson County launched a new mobile vaccination unit that will serve as a popup clinic in neighborhoods throughout the county. This new resource will allow the Hudson County Vaccine Task Force to bring the COVID-19 vaccine directly to hard-to-reach communities and host onsite vaccination clinics for local businesses and organizations. The unit is a small passenger bus that has been repurposed and outfitted to administer vaccines in the back of the vehicle. “After a long and difficult 15 months, we are finally turning the corner and getting closer every day to ending this pandemic,” said Hudson County Executive Tom DeGise. “But we need to make it abundantly clear that the progress we have made is the direct result of our aggressive vaccination efforts.
