Farmers protest: Next round of talks could be held in 2-3 days, says Haryana CM after meeting Tomar
Several meetings have been held between cabinet ministers and farmers union leaders over the farm laws enacted by the Centre in September.

Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar on Saturday said that another round of talks between the Centre and farmers unions on the issue of the three recently enacted farm laws could be on the cards.
After meeting Union Agriculture Minister Narendra Singh Tomar at his residence over the ongoing farmers issue, Khattar told the media that another round of talks could be held in the next two-three days. A solution to this issue (farmers protest) should be found through discussion. I have said that this issue should be resolved soon.

Chandigarh: In a bid to assure the protesting farmers, Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar on Sunday said that he will leave politics if someone tries to MSP (Minimum Support Price).
Thousands of farmers from Punjab, Haryana, and other parts of the country protesting for over three weeks near various border points of the national capital, demanding the repeal of the farm laws, which the ruling party has claimed are for farmers benefit.

There can be a way out for the next round of talks between the government and farmer unions protesting against the Centre s new farm laws in a day or two, Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar said after meeting Union Agriculture Minister Narendra Singh Tomar on Saturday.
This is the second time the Haryana chief minister met Tomar at his residence since the protests broke out over three weeks ago, a state government official told PTI, adding that he had met the Union minister earlier on December 8.
