HOUSTON – A Texas man alleging assault has filed suit against Bunny’s Gentlemen’s Club.
Seeking up to $1 million in damages, Deravian Williams filed the suit in Harris County District Court, also naming TBJNO Investments as a defendant.
According to the lawsuit, on Oct. 23, 2020, Williams was at Bunny’s Gentlemen’s Club, which had bouncers and security personnel on site.
“Defendants’ personnel attacked Plaintiff without warning or provocation,” the suit states. “This physical and violent assault on Plaintiff caused him to lose consciousness, and suffer severe injuries.”
At the time of the attack, Williams says he had not purchased or consumed any alcoholic beverage at the club.
HOUSTON A Houston restaurant is facing a suit from a customer alleging she was assaulted by one of their employees.
Star Deshi Brown filed a complaint March 15 in Harris County District Court against Chacho s 6006 Westheimer LTD alleging negligence.
Brown alleges that while at Chacho s located on Westheimer Road in Houston on March 24, 2019, she was assaulted by one of Chacho s employees and suffered serious injuries. Brown claims in her suit that Chacho s had little or no meaningful security at their premises and that they failed in their duty to protect her against unreasonable and foreseeable risk of harm from criminal acts.
HOUSTON A former ELD Holdings employee claims she was terminated for no reason and denied the eligible company shares according to her compensation package.
Cherry Wilkins filed a complaint March 10 in Harris County District Court against ELD Holdings Inc. and Efrain Davis, Jr., alleging breach of fiduciary duty, fraud, violation of the Texas Securities Act, negligence and other claims.
According to Wilkins complaint, during her employment with ELD, Davis, the company s manager, director and majority owner, transferred ELD shares to her as part of her compensation package. She claims ELD terminated her employment in August of 2020 without cause and failed to give her the full portion of shares she was entitled.

A female massage therapist has filed a civil lawsuit accusing Houston Texans quarterback Deshaun Watson of sexual misconduct, which he denies.
In the lawsuit, which was filed in Harris County District Court on Tuesday night, the unnamed massage therapist claims that Watson touched her hand with his penis on March 30 during a session at her home in the Houston area, where she operates her massage business. She is seeking minimal compensatory damages.
The woman s lawyer, former Houston mayoral candidate Tony Buzbee, first announced the filing of the lawsuit on social media Tuesday night. He wrote on Instagram that it isn’t about money but rather dignity and stopping behavior that should be stopped.
HOUSTON The family of an individual who was fatally shot at a Houston area apartment is claiming the complex failed to have adequate safety measures.
Shelia Griffin, individually and as Estate Representative for decedent Darion Donte Robinson, and Edward Robinson filed a complaint March 10 in Harris County District Court against Grand Park Terrace Apartments alleging premises liability, negligence and wrongful death.
According to the complaint, Darion Donte Robinson was sitting in an apartment at the Grand Park Terrace complex in Houston with friends eating pizza and playing video games when he suffered multiple, fatal gun shot wounds. The plaintiffs claim the apartment complex has a history of criminal activity and that the defendants failed to have adequate security on the premises.
