66% of Hoboken residents have received at least one shot of COVID-19 vaccine, mayor says By John Heinis/Hudson County View “I’m encouraged to share that according to the State of New Jersey, we’ve made progress over the past month in our vaccination rates. For those 18 years and older, 75% have received at least a first dose, while 68% are fully vaccinated, and across residents of any age, 66% have received a first dose while 60% are fully vaccinated,” he said in the alert. “And while there is a margin for error, the State is reporting that nearly 100% of our seniors 65 and up have received at least a first dose, while 94% are fully vaccinated. Needless to say, Hoboken is doing its part, thanks to the everyone who has made the effort to get vaccinated, in beating back the pandemic in our region.”
