(Photo courtesy of Jerick James Pasiliao) LINGAYEN, Pangasinan - A top official of the Commission on Elections (Comelec) Pangasinan provincial office has urged candidates in the May national and local elections to attend various interviews and debates to present their programs and platforms. In an interview on Monday, Pangasinan election supervisor, lawyer Ericson Oganiza, said these forums for the candidates are opportunities for them and enable voters to know more about their election bets. Oganiza said candidates have limited opportunity to express their plans through motorcades, in-house campaigning, and other kinds of campaign sorties. "Ito rin ang chance ng mga botante na makilala sila dahil hindi naman nila nasasabi lahat sa kanilang mga campaign progra
